I have no experience with prosthesis, but I think it's fairly safe to say
this is considerably more advanced than what's currently available,
possibly even including any experimental pieces. The articulation of the
joints and the palm mimic their flesh counterparts much more closely than
anything I could find.

And the material it's made from? The best I could come up with is it's made
from some sort of carbon-titanium alloy, but it's unlike any that are
commercially available. Most carbon-titaniums are composite materials where
the titanium is coated with the carbon, rather than proper alloys like this
one where the carbon is mixed in. Meaning it's super light and super strong.
