[ the last thing they need is both of them running and/or smashing into things and having to explain it to people tomorrow. Jen was about to ask if Lina needed the shower next but she's gone already.

wash her face and then retreat to her room, too, without making even more of a mess of tonight.
texting. texting is good. they can go back to a few days of just being ships passing in the night; or during the day, as the case may be. she'll at least need one full day to clean out and return the camper so that gives her an excuse. ]
